Listen to the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast

Greetings

Here are five ways to celebrate Celtic culture through music.

Rocky Road to Dublin...
Join your fellow Celts on the rocky road to Dublin with amazing indie Celtic music from Becky Taylor, Fiddleheads, Raglan, Moonrakers, The Gothard Sisters, The Ennis Sisters, The Rowan Tree, Carolina Ceili, Gaelic Fury Band, Dun Aengus, Marys Lane, House of Hamill, The Langer's Ball, Sligo Rags, Gone Molly. Give it a listen.

O'er the Way...
I wrote this murder ballad nearly 20 years ago. When I first started singing it with the Brobdingnagian Bards, I had quite a few people ask about it's traditional Irish origins. It's not traditional. But it is haunting. I released it last year on my Celtic Halloween EP. Watch and subscribe!

Incidentally, this is part of my new YouTube show. I sing a song. Then I share some news about whatever's coming up for the week, followed by another song. This podcast is now an important part of the show. Check it out and send me your suggestions on how I can make it better.

Erin's Isle... Sort of What You Think...
For the past few months, I've received emails from Erin Breen sharing her new podcast. It's called Erin's Isle. I humbly confess I hadn't listened. But the emails stuck around in my inbox until finally, I decided to see what's about. Imagine my delight to hear Erin's amazing stories from Ireland.

It comes out every couple o'weeks. And this latest episode is on the Ageless Arts of Falconry, Claddagh rings, and bell ringing. It's mesmerizingly fun to listen to. AND big props to Erin, you can now listen to it on Aer Lingus as you fly to the Emerald Isle. Give it a listen now.

Hey! If you have a suggestion of a video, podcast, a festival, or something else I can share with our community, reply right now. Send me your offering to our Celts.
