Greetings
I receive a number of emails from students. They listen to the podcast while they are studying. The latest one asked for an instrumental show because they have trouble studying with songs.
I'm the same way. I'm writing the newsletter right now. The background instrumental tunes are perfect for helping me to write.
So this week's show is all instrumental music from The Here & Now, McFlooseys, Baal Tinne, Anne Roos, Alizbar & Ann' Sannat, Across the Pond, Adamh, Wolf & Clover, Chris Murphy, Peat in the Creel, The Led Farmers, Brynmor, Bridgid's Crossm Solasta, Andy Lamy.
Listen, read and share the shownotes.
I was a founding member of the Brobdingnagian Bards, a Celtic Renaissance duo from Austin, Texas. You would've heard our music a lot on early episodes of the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast. But we broke up in 2008.
Now we're back!
Though in a slightly different form.
You see, we no longer live near one another. We both have solo music projects. The internet has changed a lot since we became one of the Top 20 bands on the late MP3.com.
We're changing with the times. We relaunched our fan club on Patreon for just $5 per month. We're gonna start working on a new album, share new podcasts and videos, and reconnect with Nagians.
I gotta say I'm extremely excited to see what new music we create and share with you.
You can join the Brobdingnagian Bards on Patreon right now.
Do you know of a Celtic artist or band on Patreon? Email me. I'll compile a list and share it.
Many thanks for supporting indie Celtic music.
