One of my favorite things about hosting the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast is the emails. Every week, I get a couple emails from people telling me how much they appreciate this show, Celtic music, or the culture. They share something important to them and how the podcast or Celtic music fits in. It's the sense of community that I feel from each of you who contribute your emotion to the show. It's inspirational.
Thank you so much for sharing your comments and pictures with me and our community. We celts are a kind and giving group. And it is important for us to unite together and to help our community and beyond. Thank you for inspiring me.
This week, we're traveling to Scotland for over two hours of amazing music by Scots and the people who love the music from Claymore, Albannach, Cormorant's Fancy, The Sorries, Rachel Hair Trio, Old Blind Dogs, Christine Primrose, The Eben Brooks Band, NUA, New Shilling, Solas, McCrae's Battalion, Black Market Haggis, Battlefield Band, Mary Jane Lamond & Wendy MacIsaac, Sons of Malarkey, Marc Gunn, Canned Haggis, SeaStar, Sligo Rags, Zoe Alexander, Jimi McRae, Heather Dale, Tullamore, Dublin Harpers, Smithfield Fair, Donna Germano, 3 Pints Gone, Kennedy's Kitchen, The Duplets, Jenne Lennon, Bonnie Rideout, Ed Miller, Connemara Stone Company.
I hope you enjoy this long 2-hour special. And I thank you for your generosity in making it happen. You are amazing. Slainte!
